The home has 1608 sq. ft. of living space plus generous exterior decking. Features include knotty pine wood interior, log staircase, new log siding, new windows, new doors, new flooring, new kitchen (with custom hickory cabinets, granite countertops, and appliances), and new plumbing/electrical.

One bedroom has a king bed, the other bedroom has a double bed with a couch that pulls out into a full bed. The couch in the living room is also a pull-out bed. Both upstairs bedrooms have walk-in closets and sliding glass doors to access the upper deck. This one of a kind cabin located at the end of Black Bay Road is very private and has a sauna. The cabin is only 75 feet from the water. It includes all the amenities and is surrounded by breath-taking pine trees.
