Our site is a service for rental owners to list cabin, home, and property for rent and for buyers to rent these accommodations. We are not involved in any transaction between any party who uses our site. As a result, we have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the items advertised, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of owners to rent the accommodations or the renters to rent accommodations. We cannot ensure that an owner or renter will complete the transaction.

Owners and their agents are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Owners and agents providing text and photos assert they own or have been granted license to use the text and photos on this site. Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals is not responsible for any inaccurate or misleading information. At times, Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals services may be obtained by the owner or their agent to take photos and provide text. We list the information as provided to us by the owner/agent and are not responsible for any inaccurate or misleading information. By use of this site, you agree to accept these risks.

The owner/agent may request that the owner, employees or contractors of Minnesota Cabin and Land Rental take pictures and provide other services at the property site. Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals is not liable for any damage resulting from requests made by the owner/agent for services to be conducted at the rental property site. Renters

Renters are aware that each property sets its own refund/cancellation policies and fees.

We strongly recommend that renters require a written notice of the refund and cancellation policy from the owner/agent. We are not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.

Minnesota Cabin and Land Rent als is not a licensed real estate broker in any state and is not acting as the property management agent for any property owner.

Cancellation by Owner
Rental listings with Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals can be canceled at anytime. Upon the day of notification, Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals service will be canceled within two weeks of the day of notification. No refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for cancellation by owner.

Transfer of Vacation Rental
Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals memberships are transferable upon the date of transfer of vacation rental (i.e. sold or transferred to a new owner). As such, if you transfer your vacation rental, supply us with the new vacation rental owner's name and address, as well as billing information. We will contact the new vacation rental owner and continue service upon their approval. There is a $25.00 transfer fee. If you wish to cancel your service due to a sale or transfer, the cancellation policy above will apply.

Listing Policies
Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals reserves the right to delist any rental at its discretion and cancel service without notification. Rental owners and agents are expected to follow the Acceptable Content Policies*. Listings which do not adhere to these policies are subject to cancell ation at the sole discretion of Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals staff. No refund will be issued for cancelled listings.

Rentals and Listings will be posted to the website within 72 working hours after customer approval and payment received.

*Acceptable Content Policies
These policies are established in order to order to preserve a fair and orderly site for the advertisement of cabin rentals and properties and in order to maintain a "family safe" environment. Note that these policies are subject to periodic review and may be updated from time to time.

There are specific locations for the inclusion of web addresses (also referred to as "Links" or URLs) and e-mail addresses in the Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals listings. All web addresses or links must be approved and must reside only within the authorized "External Links" section of the ad. Email Addresses and Phone Numbers must reside only in the authorized locations within the listing. All other references to specific web addresses, web sites, email addresses or phone numbers are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice.

All content must be "family safe" and "G" rated. Rental listings may not contain vulgarity, or comments related to violence, hate, or references of a sexual nature. Such references are not considered acceptable content and may be removed without notice. In the case of disputed conten t, the operators of this site will be the final judge as to the appropriateness of the content.

Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals reserves the right to alter, exclude, reject part or in whole, any information in the rental listing supplied by rental owners. After submitting information to Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals it becomes the copyrighted property of Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals and unauthorized copying or use of such information is prohibited by Federal law and is subject to criminal prosecution.

Rental Inquiries
Renters will be contacting owners and their agents themselves. Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals is not liable for the behavior of the renters when contact is made with the rental owner or their agent. The rental owner and their agent assume the risk when they put their contact information on this web site.

Membership Policies
Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals reserves the right to reject or edit any listing submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted to MinnesotaCabinandLandRentals.com or CabinandLandRentals.com, it becomes the property of Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals and their affiliated sites and may not be copied from the Minnesota Cabin and Land Rentals web site without written permission.
