This cozy one-bedroom,with combined living room-kitchen suite, comes with a queen bed and queen roll-out sofa comfortably sleeping four.  The kitchen is complete meeting all your cooking needs.  This quiet and peaceful vacation spot is located on Niles Bay, Cook end of Lake Vermilion.  Right out your back door is one of the favorite fishing spots on the lake, easily accessible with the fishing boat equipped with oars that comes with this site.  The suite has one bath and a sauna.  Swimming here is perfect with a gently slopping sand beach, a sitting deck nestled in the trees and a comfortable hammock for those lazy days of sumer.  Fire pit and barbecue grill are located close by.  Kayaks,
canoe and a row boat are available for your use.

Rents for $125 per night or $750 per week.

Follow Hwy. 53 to Cook, take a right on 24. Go three blocks to the stop sign, turn right and immedialtely turn left. Now you will heading north out of Cook on 24. Go about three miles to County Road 78/Beatty Road, turn right. there will be a resort directional sign at this intersection. Keep going east for about 8 miles, the road number will change from 78 to 540 to Oak Narrows Road but just keep going east. Take a left on Josante Road, keep to your right until you see fire #7709.
